FROZEN
EMPANADAS
Our empanadas are handmade weekly in small batches. You can place your orders from Wednesday to Sunday. Pick up will be available the Friday of the following week at our Food Cart (one week later).
We currently offer six delectable vegan fillings, available in boxes of 6 or 12. To place your order, simply click on your desired filling below, select your quantities, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We will then get busy ordering the ingredients, cooking and assembling them so that they are freshly made when you pick them up the following week.
The empanadas should be kept frozen until you're ready to bake and serve. To prepare, simply place them in an oven preheated to 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
